Yesterday there was an inquiry at the Dutch Parliament, about alleged warcrimes committed in Syria, the Dutch Government was sending lethal and non-lethal aid during the period 2015-2018.
The hearing was at the Dutch parliament, almost all representatives on foreign affairs from the Dutch political parties were present.
Before reading the report below, an overview what happened and why there was an inquiry:
The most biggest crimes have happened, to unleash terrorist, trained and funded by western countries, like the Netherlands.
The regular (Dutch) MSM highlights only one group, which is a rather not significant group Jabhat al-Shamiya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levant_Front, who was resolved, in 2015, after the SAA won the battle of Aleppo, but of course they went on as Ahrar-as-Sham and now Tahrir-as-Sham, being part of ISIS.
Someone, a source, leaked from the parliament to the regular MSM and it is now public that the Netherlands, with most other western countries and the US, is according, to some experts who spoke yesterday, most likely quilty of giving assistance, funding and aid to Jihadi groups, which they still call moderate rebels, who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity.
As a caputerd terrorist (IS) admitted, all groups, no matter what name or ideology, emerged with ISIS, as soon as ISIS enterd their “battle ground” or territory! (see below article).

The hearing started with some Dutch Journalists, who tolled their story in Dutch, about what they experienced, which is not the complete picture, because, both of them, did not enter Syria after 2015 and didn’t visit the area’s which was and is controlled by the Syrian government!
As one journalist said, after 2015 it was nearly impossible to enter the area’s who were controlled by the so-called rebels, it turns out, according to their statements that the area’s were controlled by Al-Queda, Jahbat-al-Nusra and the Levant group (which is nearly all the same). They reported mainly from Beirout, Lebanon, and therefore it can’t be verified, what was and is true!
Note: The same evening in the regular MSM evening news, there was a remarke from one of the (news) presentor that if so, they had invited only “wrong” commentators during the last eight years, according to my findings they did, like Doctor Shajul al-Islam, at the moment he lives in Idlib and is part of the Tahrir-as-Sham terrorist group.
I wrote an article about him, in 2016, how the Ducth MSM (called NOS) interviewed a terrorist, they (most likely the Dutch Government in co-operation with NOS) removed parts of the article, but I still have the list and pictures!
This is just one example of how the media worked, in the Netherlands, I have many more examples, but not relevant to write them in this article.
Koos van Damme
After the Journalist, there was Koos van Damme, a former ambassador a Dutch scholar and author on the Middle East. He was a Dutch Ambassador to Iraq, Egypt, Germany and Indonesia. He is the author of The struggle for power in Syria: sectarianism, regionalism, and tribalism in politics, 1961–1978, الصراع على السلطة فى سوريا: الطائفية واﻹقليمية والعشائرية فى السياسة – الطبعة الإلكترونية, Taylor & Francis, 1979, ISBN 0-85664-703-9, and the subsequent The struggle for power in Syria: sectarianism, regionalism and tribalism in politics, 1961–1994, 1995. (red the Name ASAD is spelled wrong on the cover). Its an old book about Hafez al-Assad mainly and not relevant for the current situation in Syria
He is a Bilderberg member and received many “medals and crosses”!

Furthermore, he is still collaborating with the Dutch government and sticks to the lies (which is remarkable after seven years) that the mentioned groups (only two out of many), Jaybat al-Shamiya (part of the Levant group = Jahbat-al-Nusra) are moderate rebels. Unfortunately they spoke only of the shelling of Sheik Maqsood (a Kurdish neighbourhood), but there were many neighborhoods shelled by terror groups in Eastern Aleppo (all being part of Al-Queda Jabhat al-Nusra, the al-Shamia Front and Ahrar al-Sham).
It was common knowledge that the terrorist didn’t give water and food to the civilians, starving them and kept them as human shield. Denial of water and sanitation is considered a war crime. Water supplies in the city for tens of thousands of people were deliberately cut by the Jabhat al-Nusra group for several days in May 2014.
Jaish al-Islam also reportedly prohibited civilians from receiving food and supplies in neighbourhoods they controlled in December 2016. So why is a representative, or so-called scholar on Syria giving information to the Dutch government denying all this? How can he? He was not present in Eastern Aleppo in 2016-2017, or after the fall of the city, which freelance-independent journalists like Eva Bartlett, Vanessa Beeley, rights activist Prof. Tim Anderson and myself did! How can he judge on what happened, he can’t and therefore, he will stick to the lies with the Dutch government, at that time Mr. Bert Koenders, PvdA was the Dutch minister of Foreign Affairs at the Rutte government, he spent years in Africa and was set on the Syria case, total ignorance and complying with the deep state.
Red: Conclusion The Dutch government is not taking proper care of maintaining the adequate situation and hiring experts (so-called) or put ministers in a position, were they don’t belong or they don’t have the knowledge about geopolitical issues and countries like Syria – they are conduction wars in very amateur way – without consent of the real situation – same applies for the Dutch MSM media – who dont have a clou about the real situation in the ME or geopolitical issue of the US and their behaviour in the ME.

I still wonder why and how they brought in this lady, I know regular governments (western) have only sources like these Organizations. But she is relatively unknown, perhaps that’s why they brought her in. She is propably choosen for this reason!
She is an Syria expert, they say, according to the theoretically side maby yes, I can’t judge her. But isn’t that the main problem? None of the so-called experts were there in Syria after 2015!
But I will continue with her statement:
She clearly said, like all the other that the so-called rebels groups were committing war crimes and were not “moderate”after 2015. The Dutch government provided lethal and non-lethal assistance between 2015 up to now, ( because the White helmets are part of al-Queda and being paid of it until December 2019, having a contract with the Dutch Government). Of course being an employee of Amnesty (an organization which is collaborating with many western governments and are not a representation for their independent reporting).
Furthermore, she reported as all the experts said, the mantra which was clear to hear throughout the hearing, that the so-called rebels, committed huge warcrimes and intensfying after 2015, when IS was unleashed by the US/CIA from Camp Bucca in Irak (were the so-called leader Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi was detained) , trained en funded. Many sources say he was actually Shimon Elliot, a Mossad spy acting as Abu-Bakr-al-Baghdadi, many pictures circulating about him and former senator John McCain (one of the Deep State senators, who created wars by regime-change) throughout the world, with focus of the Middle-east (oil).

This are only a part of the evidence which says Abu-Bakr-al-Baghdadi is “made” by the CIA in co-operation with Mossad and he is actually a Mossad spy. Which is, if you look at the simularity with Jewish and Arab language and features not a “bad” idea! Also the alleged detaining in Camp Bucca – Irak and the swift move of ISIS in 2015, makes it “believable”.
The next “expert”was Charles Lister (many bells are ringing about this guy).
What can I say about him, a CIA/deep state expert, involved in regime-changes and still having the same mantra about Assad, rebels, he is so bad, really.!
The pro-rebel Chrarles Lister was speaking to the Dutch Parliament. Charles Lister is a senior fellow at the Middle East Institute and a senior consultant to The Shaikh Group’s Track II Syria Dialogue . We know his story the most shocking part he mentioned is the Assad regime, as he calls it is worse than ISIS unbelievable! Also he is openly speaking for support for terrorists which he calls rebels of course and wanted more terrorist to kill off the Syrian people already in 2012, which he calls regime! Furthermore, proclaiming that Amsterdam is not Syria. Explaining about terrorist groups, but favours in his first statement ISIS, of course we know ISIS is sponsored by the US, actually made by the US and Charles lister is part of this government (deep state). Also is still defending Nour-al-Zenki, remember the ones (group) beheading (video) the 11 year old boy and he is bragging on that they fought AL_QUEDA…. Putting the blame on Assad, saying he and his government supported AL-QUEDA and ISIS in IRAQ…meaning the US who made Al-Queda and ISIS (Camp Bucca)..He is so bad this guy and part of CIA/Deep state
The Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement was/is an Islamist/Jihadist rebel group (funded and supported by the US and the Netherlands) involved in the Syrian conflict. Between 2014 and 2015, it was part of the so-called Syrian Revolutionary Command Council and recipient of U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. In 2014, it was reportedly one of the most influential factions in Eastern Aleppo. On 18 February 2018, the Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement merged with Ahrar al-Sham to form the so-called Syrian Liberation Front.

Charles Lister was of course denying these facts and therefore, to be considered to have his own agenda for Syria, to be called the “deep state” who wanst control, power and oil.
The statement of Carla del Ponte
There is and was a lot of controversy about Carla del Ponte. Carla Del Ponte is a former Chief Prosecutor of two United Nations international criminal law tribunals. A former Swiss attorney general, she was appointed prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) in August 1999.
From September 2012 to August 2017, Del Ponte was a member of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic, under the auspices of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
In May 2013 she accused the Syrian rebels of using chemical weapons, a view opposed by the majority of Western government officials. She stated, “We still have to deepen our investigation, verify and confirm (the findings) through new witness testimony, but according to what we have established so far, it is at the moment opponents of the regime who are supposedly using sarin gas.” The following day, in an apparent reaction to Del Ponte’s comments, the Commission issued a press release clarifying that it “has not reached conclusive findings as to the use of chemical weapons in Syria by any parties in the conflict”. Set back by the International community and the Deep state.
In March 2014, the Commission published a report that stated that the chemical agents used in the Khan al-Assal chemical attack bore “the same unique hallmarks as those used in Al-Ghouta” in the August 2013 chemical attack. The report also indicated, based on “evidence available concerning the nature, quality and quantity of the agents used” that the perpetrators of the Al-Ghouta attack “likely had access to the chemical weapons stockpile of the Syrian military”. In none of the incidents, however, was the commission’s “evidentiary threshold” met in regards to identifying the perpetrators of the chemical attacks.
In August 2017, Del Ponte resigned from the Commission, due to frustration at the lack of support from the international community: “We could not obtain from the international community and the Security Council.
In the hearing yesterday she stated: Carla del Ponte clearly said , during the public debate at the Dutch government, YES it is a war crime and a violation against human rights and International law and also participation in a war of a sovereign state to have funded the so-called rebels, especially after 2015. Because, after 2015 it was very clearly established that there was NO MODERATE OPPOSITION.
Of course, we the activists/journalist knew, because I was there myself in 2015 in Syria at the height (or low) of the war, there were no moderates and therefore, the Netherlands sponsored terrorists, even if you give aid or trucks, which can be supplied with weapons!
Also I experienced an attack by the so-called Syrian rebels, whilst visiting the office of the “Grand” Mufti of Syria in 2015, they attacked the building next to the office of the Mufti, most likely they had found out there were some foreigners in Syria, visiting the ministries of the Syrian Arab Republic, there was “thank God” only collatoral damage and nobody was injured!
The last expert Gareth Porther
Gareth Porter is an American historian, investigative journalist, author and policy analyst specializing in U.S. national security policy. He was active as a Vietnam specialist and anti-war activist during the Vietnam War, serving as Saigon Bureau Chief for Dispatch News Service International from 1970–1971, and later, as co-director of the Indochina Resource Center. He has written several books about the potential for peaceful conflict resolution in Southeast Asia and the Middle East,[ including his 2005 book Perils of Dominance: Imbalance of Power and the Road to War in Vietnam, an analysis of how and why the United States went to war in Vietnam.
Porter has reported extensively on Middle East conflicts, and he has written on the Ghouta chemical attacks . Porter reported in September 2013 on the origins and content of the White House intelligence report entitled Government Assessment of the Syrian Government’s Use of Chemical Weapons on August 21, 2013, noting that analysis by IPS and interviews with former intelligence officials indicated the report contained only White House-selected information, and did not accurately reflect the views of intelligence analysts. He has further challenged the widely held “assumption that it was a Syrian government-sponsored attack”, saying that “significant new information has become available that makes an attack by opposition forces far more plausible than appeared to be the case in the first weeks after the event.
Red: Much has been written on the attacks and the western world, including the Netherlands blaming the Syrian Government, without a “real” investigation. Because, no journalist or investigator entered the Syrian government controlled area (only the Chemical Weapons Organisation to inspect the weapons), during the last years. Therefore, the allegations of western governments are not based on facts and again a violation of International Law, by invading a sovereign state, providing lethal and non-lethal aid and assistance to the so-called opposition.
Speaking to the Dutch parliament yesterday: Gareth Porter
The US funded the so-called rebels with arms, sovjet style, as known from the Balkan-route (the balkan Insider broke the story) and also the supplies which went through Schiphol Airport the Netherlands.
The Pentagon has rerouted its weapons supply-line to Syria after officials in Berlin became concerned at the surge in arms being transferred through US bases in Germany.
CAR reports:
CAR documentation shows that the most
rapid case of diversion following unauthorized
retransfer was that of an advanced anti-tank
guided weapon (ATGW). The weapon was
manufactured in the EU, sold to the United
States supplied to a party in the Syrian conflict,
transferred to IS forces in Iraq, and documented
by a CAR field investigation team following
it’s recovery from IS forces. The full chain of
transactions occurred within two months of the
weapon’s dispatch from the factory.
• Supplies of material into the Syrian conflict
from foreign parties—notably the United States
and Saudi Arabia—have indirectly allowed IS
to obtain substantial quantities of anti-armour
ammunition. These weapons include ATGWs
and several varieties of rocket with tandem
warheads, which are designed to defeat modern
reactive armor. These systems continue to pose
a significant threat to the coalition of troops
arrayed against IS forces.
The rebels who would get the arms, would actually give/share them with Al-Queda, because they were and are allied with the so-called rebels..Meaning the so-called rebels are Al-Queda, because, as he says they were and are made and armed by the US/CIA. The Obama goverment was well aware of it and openly supported the terrorist groups.. The result we know!
